Played with OpenGL & New Dynamic Recompiler. Settings: GPU Tesselation, CPU Affinity, and Frame Skip turned on. SH2 Cache turned off. The game plays very well with little to no graphical and audio issues, and works with save states. Biggest issue I could find is that the music will sometimes cuts out in the arcade mode if reloading save states too often, and the FMV that plays when defeating the final boss (screenshot provided) in the same mode softlocks after playing for a couple seconds.
